Im Rahmen der Vorstellung des neuen up! veranstaltete VW ein umfangreiches Workshop-Event für alle VW Händler in Alicante. Als Einstimmung der Teilnehmer zu diesem Seminar wurde von Bassier, Bergmann & Kindler ein kleiner Trailer produziert, welcher den up! als Weiterführung der klassischen VW Produktlinie in Szene setzt und den Zuschauer auf dem Weg nach Alicante begleitet.
brave rabbit war bei den konzeptionellen Entscheidungen dabei und für die Umsetzung des Trailers verantwortlich.

Complementing the launch of the new up!, VW kicked off an extensive workshop event in Alicante for all VW car dealers. Bassier, Bergmann & Kindler, who were also responsible for the curriculum of the event, produced a short mood trailer that shows the up! continuing the history of the classic VW product line, accompanying the seminar participants on the way to Alicante.
brave rabbit joined the conceptual decision phase and was responsible for the realization of the trailer.

Am 29. Mai 1953 stehen der Neuseeländer Edmund Hillary und Tensing Norgay als erste Menschen in 8848 Metern Höhe auf dem Mount Everest – dem höchsten Berg der Erde. Doch bereits 1924 unternahmen Andrew Irvine und George Mallory den ersten ernsthaften Versuch den Mount Everest zu besteigen. Augenzeugen sahen sie am Tag des Gipfelsturms 300 Meter unter dem Gipfel bevor sie in einer Nebelwand verschwanden.
Die Dokumentation von Gerald Salmina, welche in Zusammenarbeit von pretv, taglicht media, ORF und MC4 Productions produziert wurde, folgt den Spuren dieser Pioniere und erforscht das Rätsel um die Erstbesteigung des Mount Everest.
Die TV-Erstausstrahlung war am 30. Dezember 2010 auf ORF2, weitere Ausstrahlungen erfolgen im Frühjahr 2011 auf arte und WDR.
brave rabbit hat hierfür 15 Animationen erstellt, welche die verschiedenen Routen, Sichtungsorte und forensischen Zusammenhänge in über 7000 Metern Höhe veranschaulichen.

On may 29th 1953 Edmund Hillary from New Zealand and Tensing Norgay were the first to reach the top of Mount Everest – earths highest point at 8848 meters. But in 1924 Andrew Irvine and George Mallory already started the first daring and serious attempt to stand on the roof of the world. Eye witnesses report that the two explorers have been sighted 300 meters below the peak on the day of conquering the summit before they disappeared in the fog covering the top of Mount Everest.
The documentary by Gerald Salmina, produced in cooperation by pretv, taglicht media, ORF and MC4 Productions, follows the path of the two pioneers eager to discover the secret of the first conquering of Mount Everest.
The documentary aired first on December 30, 2010 on ORF2 (Austria) and will again be show in spring 2011 by arte and WDR (Germany).
brave rabbit created 15 animations, visualizing the different routes, sighting locations and forensic discoveries above 7000 meters.

Für die Weihnachtssaison ziert seit November 2010 unser Weihnachtsmann in einer leicht modifizierten grünen Version die Knorr Website. Für die diesjährige Knorr Weihnachtsaktion haben wir den Kurzfilm „Wo kommen die Geschenke her“, sowie diverse kleine Animationen mit dem Weihnachtsmann erstellt.

For this years christmas season our popular Santa character appears in a modified green version on the Knorr website since november 2010. For the Christmas Special we created a short film about where the presents come from as well as several small animations with the Santa character.

Pilze sind eine einzigartige und komplexe Lebensform, deren wahre Existenz im Verborgenen bleibt. Sie sind lebenswichtige Partner für Bäume und andere Planzen und spielen eine große Rolle im Nährstoffkreislauf des Waldes.
Die Animation zeigt wie dieser Nährstoffaustausch in einem weit verzweigten Netz unter der Oberfläche des Waldbodens stattfindet und dass der sichtbare Pilz nur eine kleine Frucht am Ende dieses Netzes darstellt.

Fungi are a unique and complex lifeform, concealing their true existence hidden beneath the earth. They are vital partners for trees and other plants and play an important role in the nutrient cycle of forests.
The animation shows this nutrient exchange through an extensive network beneath the surface of the forest floor and explains that the visible fungus is only a little fruit at the end of this network.

Imposant, Licht durchflutet, filigran – ein Meisterwerk der Gotik: Der Kölner Dom ist Wahrzeichen, Weltkulturerbe und seit über 800 Jahren im Bau. Zwar wurde 1880 seine Vollendung gefeiert, aber wirklich fertig wird er vermutlich nie: Denn Dombauhütte und Restauratoren befinden sich in einem permanenten Wettlauf mit Verwitterung und Umwelteinflüssen.
Um die besondere Statik und meisterliche Bauweise des Kölner Doms zu erklären, wurden von brave rabbit für diese Sendung 3D Animationen erstellt.

The Cathedral of Cologne is a monument of gothic architecture, a World Heritage Site and under construction since 800 years. Completion of the construction took place in 1880 but it will probably never be finished: Conservators are in constant race with weathering and alteration.
brave rabbit delivered detailed 3D animations to explain the magnificent statics and structural challenges of the Cathedral.

Im Rahmen der Modemesse 2010 in Düsseldorf galt es bei diesem Projekt das neue Konzept einer Alternativ-Location inklusive einer aufwändigen Design-Installation zu präsentieren. Für das Kick-Off Event wurde sowohl eine komplette Visualisierung der Halle und der darin enthaltenen Explosion geschaffen, als auch zahlreiche zusätzliche Videoelemente, welche die Besucher tief in die gestalterische Welt der Explosion eintauchen liessen.

Preceeding and complementing the fashion fair 2010 in Dusseldorf the task was to present the first-year alternative location inluding the breathtaking design installation that rules over the visitor’s heads. The kick-off event featured not only the visualization including the explosion, but also many additional video elements, that brought the party guests deeper into the fascinating world of the stylized explosion.

“Schneller als die Polizei erlaubt” ist ein TV-Format des Senders VOX, in welchem Polizisten auf deutschen Autobahnen unterwegs sind, um Drängler, Temposünder und Verkehrsrowdys zu jagen. 3D-Visualisierungen, gestützt durch Expertenmeinungen sollen hier verdeutlichen, welche Gefahren diese Verkehrsvergehen bedeuten können.

“Schneller als die Polizei erlaubt” is a TV format aired by VOX, showing a special police unit going after speeders, tailgaters and rowdys on the german autobahn. 3D visualizations, based on an experts view explain what the risks are and what dangerous situations can evolve from such irresponsible behavior.

Unsere selbstgestellte Aufgabe lautete, eine nette kurze Animation mit unserem Santa Character zu entwickeln, die man als Weihnachtsgruß an alle Freunde, Bekannte, Auftraggeber, Kollegen und Verwandte versenden kann. Und da Weihnachten nicht verschiebbar ist, musste diese innerhalb von zehn Tagen umsetzbar sein.

Our self assigned task was to create a funny little animation with our Santa Character. The animation was intended as a holiday greeting for a wide variety of people from friends and family to colleagues and clients. And since Christmas is a pretty fix date, it had to be realized within ten days.

Für das Kinder-DVD Label “FM Kids” der Foreign Media Group Germany galt es eine Logoanimation zu erstellen. Was anfänglich als 2D-Animation gedacht war wurde schnell zu einer plastischen 3D-Kugelwelt mit viel Farbe und Liebe zum Detail.

The children DVD-label “FM Kids” of Foreign Media Group Germany needed a new logo animation for their upcoming series. Originally planned as a 2D-animation it quickly evolved into a 3-dimensional and dense kids-world build on spheres, featuring rich colors and love for detail.

Das TV-Format “Time For Golf” geht in die dritte Runde; zum Jahreswechsel wurde fleissig am neuen Design geschraubt, um den Lernansatz durch ein realistischeres Umfeld und natürlichere Bewegungen dem Zuschauer noch näher zu bringen. Grundstein für die Animationen sind ein komplett überarbeitetes Golfer-Modell, das nun auf einen anatomisch-korrekten Skelett aufbaut und beliebig mit Muskeln in den relevanten Körperbereichen ausgestattet werden kann. Damit sind Animationen möglich, die buchstäblich unter die Haut gehen.

For dusting off the popular golf-learning format “Time For Golf” the design has been fully reworked over the past weeks to intensify the learing experience with a more realistic environment and natural looking animations. The basic foundation of the re-design is a new golfer model, based on an anatomically correct skeleton with the ability to even include the basic muscles in the important parts of the body for a better and in-depth understanding of golfing.
